Friendly and helpful staff made my stay at Amayal memorable. Despite the language barrier, they went above and beyond to assist me. They even allowed for a late check-out. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money and pleasant stay.

Comfortable setting, affable staff.

it offers good prices. by and large, it was great place for sightseeing in san cristobal de las casas, had much fun. loved terrace. near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot.

During my Xmas stay, I really enjoyed the complimentary hot drinks and cookies available 24/7 in the lobby area. The staff was also very hospitable and accommodating, always willing to help with any questions or issues. The location was also great, as it was just a short walk away from the bustling cultural center and local market.

The room I stayed in had no windows, which made it feel a bit stuffy and claustrophobic. the lack of internet in the rooms was a bit inconvenient for staying connected while traveling.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Convenient location. Clean and safe accommodation. Lovely rooftop patio for relaxing.

It was all superb.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the city center and a church, but it was quite noisy with fire sounds from 7am. the hotel has a nice design, hospitable staff, and offers complimentary coffee and tea. the beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean.

The hotel lacks practical amenities such as in-room wifi, a kitchen, fridge, and breakfast. some of the ground floor rooms lacked windows and there was no heater in the rooms, making them quite chilly.

Had a great Thanksgiving stay in this cozy hotel! the staff was really friendly and helped us out even though we didn't speak the language. the location was spot on, it was only a short walk to the central attraction spots and near the market, which was great for souvenir shopping. the room we stayed in was comfortable and had hot water, perfect for the chilly evenings.

The room was a bit noisy when other guests entered and had basic amenities. Although it didn't spoil the experience, it wasn't as perfect as the pictures made it out to be.

The hotel's location was excellent, being near the center of town and close to all the places we wanted to visit. The staff was also quite friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the breakfast with coffee, tea, and baked goods and the hotel facilities were clean.
